Sunday, September 21, 2025, being the Feast of St. Matthew, was the 50th Anniversary of Father Douglas Ohs, C.D., Ordination to the Priesthood.
To mark his Golden Jubilee, Archbishop Janzen was pleased to appoint him an Honorary Canon of the Diocese of Canada West of the Anglican Catholic Church of Canada.
We give thanks to Almighty God for Canon Ohs’ long ministry and service to Christ and His Church, both as a Chaplain in the Canadian Armed Forces and a parish priest. May our Lord continue to bless him with many more years of health and happiness, and ministry among us.
